Tuition
The EMP tuition of $6,400 includes instruction, materials, lodging (breakfast provided), lunches, and snacks from Monday-Friday of each week, and some dinners. Participants will be on their own Saturday-Sunday July 19-20, during EMP July and Saturday-Sunday August 16-17, during EMP August.

 

Payment Policy
Participants will be invoiced after admission into the EMP. Payment must be received by Monday, June 9, 2008, for the July EMP session and by Wednesday, July 9, 2008, for the August EMP session. Acceptable forms of payment include check, credit card, and purchase-order numbers. Please make checks payable to the University of Washington. Those wishing to pay by credit card should contact Caacade Executive Programs to make arrangements.

 

Cancellation Policy
A participant may withdraw or substitute a qualified applicant without penalty on or before Monday, June 9, 2008 for the July EMP session, and Wednesday, July 9, 2008, for the August EMP session. Qualifications of substitute candidates must be confirmed by Cascade. Cancellations after June 9 (July EMP session) or July 9 (August EMP session) will result in a $2,500 cancellation fee. Full course tuition will be charged for participants who do not cancel in time and who fail to show on the first day of the session for which they are registered. Cancellations must be received in writing and require a written response from Cascade Executive Programs to be in effect.

 

Certification and University Credits
Participants who complete the EMP will receive a Certificate of Completion. The course work can be applied toward the Master of Public Administration offered by the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington. The two-week program is the equivalent of a waiver for 4 elective course credits.

 

Application Process
Applicants should submit their application, resume, and letter of recommendation to Cascade Executive Programs in one of two ways:

if you mail or fax the application packet please email the Cascade offices and state your name and the date mailed or faxed.

 

Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis.
