Cascade courses are intensive two-day, three-day, and five-day training courses designed for public and nonprofit managers. The full array of Cascade courses offers a variety of selections to develop the core set of management and leadership skills needed for successful public and nonprofit management.

 

New managers with technical backgrounds can use the courses to develop stronger leadership skills. Experienced managers can use the courses to round out or refresh their tool kit. Each participant gains new insight into solving complex managerial problems and a renewed sense of direction in leading the day-to-day operations of his or her organization.

Earn a Cascade Management Series Certificate of Completion
Participants who complete between 23–25 course days in any configuration of two-day, three-day, and five-day courses will receive a Certificate of Completion. Agencies can use this certificate process to design custom management-development programs.
