Payment Policy

Please include payment with your registration if possible. Payment is requested 21 days prior to the class start date. Acceptable forms of payment include check, credit card, and purchase order number. Make checks payable to the University of Washington. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact the Cascade office (206.685.0523) to make arrangements. Registrations are accepted up until the day before the course start date if spaces are available. Failure to pay for a course by the time that course begins will not cause a registrant to be cancelled from that course; registrations without payment are still subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

You can help us to provide the maximum opportunity for interested professionals by notifying us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course for which you are registered. Due to the demand for Cascade courses, the limited spaces available, and our efforts to keep tuition low, Cascade must abide by the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing and require a written response from Cascade Executive Programs to be in effect.

More than 21 days prior to a course start date:
A participant may withdraw his or her registration and receive a full refund.

Less than 21 days prior to a course start date:
Cancellations will be assessed full tuition. Also, you may not transfer to a different course or to the next offering of the same course after the cancellation deadline. Registrants who fail to appear at a course are also assessed full tuition. You can, however, avoid being assessed the cancellation fee by substituting a registrant at any time prior to the start date of a course. Any materials received by a registrant who cancels must be passed to the substitute, or an additional fee will be assessed for the provision of additional materials.

For a list of cancellation deadline dates by course, please consult the Cascade Course Schedule.
